Your First Visit
If this is your first visit with us, it won’t take long to see that we do things a little differently at our office. First and foremost, we get to know you—not just your medical history, but your past dental experiences, your reasons for coming to see us, and your goals for your smile. The time for your first visit has been reserved especially for you, to ensure that you receive a thorough consultation and have plenty of time to ask our team any questions you may have.
For your convenience, you can download our new patient forms to expedite the paperwork at your first visit. You will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader to access these forms.
Scheduling
Our schedule is designed to provide an efficient yet unhurried environment. Because Dr. Scraver treats only one patient at a time, you will always receive courteous and personal attention from every member of our team.
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice so that we may offer the time to another patient. Failure to cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment may result in a charge for booked time.
Convenient Hours & Same-Day Appointments
We understand that many families are busy juggling work, school schedules, and responsibilities at home. To help you fit dental care into your life, we are open 7am–7pm on most weekdays. You can make dental appointments before or after work, and around your child’s school and extracurricular activities. On top of that, we offer same-day appointments whenever possible so you can have dental work done the day you call!
